Often, during the holiday season, you’ll find yourself at a dinner table discussing your favourite wine of the year. Soon the discussion will be heated and no one agrees.
Well, now there is an answer to your wine prayers. South African Wine Index, or better known as SAWi has the ultimate guide. “SAWi was born in 2009 as an attempt to bring consumer clarification to all the wine competitions, accolades and voices out there labouring to determine the quality of a wine. SAWi in an attempt to normalize the inherent subjectivity of wine scoring and more importantly simplify it for the average consumer realized that what was needed were not just another voice, but rather to tell the world what all the voices had been saying all along about a wine.”
